1.Structure of Reversible Hammer Crusher
It is a kind of reversible hammer crusher which consists of framework, rotor, impact rack, adjusting part, motor and other parts.
2.Working Principle of Reversible Hammer Crusher
Motor drives rotor to rotate through belt, then the rotation of rotor drives hammerhead to rotate at high speed, so that materials in crushing section can be crushed by impact. Then the crushed materials are brought to impact section at high speed to be crushed again. In this way, the materials are discharged from lower part of machine when their size is less than the clearance between hammerhead and impact plate by repeated impact.
3.Performance and Advantage of Reversible Hammer Crusher
Its feature is no grate.
The rotor can reverse. The working side of hammerhead will be worn after a period time of operation in one certain direction. At this time, rotor can be reversed to rotate and make the other side of hammerhead work.
4.Main Applications
This reversible hammer crusher suits to crush medium-hard brittle materials, such as coked coal, small limestone, plaster, alum, brick, tile, etc. |
